Juventus have reportedly made contact to explore a possible move for Manchester United forward Joshua Zirkzee. The Italian club are understood to have asked about the player’s availability and the conditions United would require to consider a transfer.

Juventus are currently negotiating for Randal Kolo Muani, but with those talks taking longer than expected, Zirkzee has emerged as a potential alternative. Having already played in Serie A, the Dutch forward is viewed as a suitable option due to his ability to lead the line and contribute effectively in build-up play.

Manchester United are believed to value Zirkzee at around €35 million to €40 million. The club could also consider different deal structures, including a loan with an obligation to buy or performance-related options, rather than demanding a straightforward permanent transfer.

No formal offer has been submitted at this stage. However, Juventus could step up their interest depending on how negotiations for Kolo Muani develop, while Manchester United are thought to be open to talks if suitable terms are presented.

Middlesbrough have officially announced the signing of Tottenham Hotspur youngster Will Lankshear. The Championship club have secured the highly rated striker on a five-year contract, strengthening their attacking options for both the present and the future.

The deal is reported to be worth an initial £10 million, with a further £10 million in performance-related add-ons. If all bonuses are triggered, the total value of the transfer could rise to £20 million.
